Till Bauer (born January 15, 1974) is a German actor.
He was born in Düsseldorf, to Gisela Bauer, a sport teacher and Jörg Karl Bauer, an advertising producer. On his tenth birthday he received a drum set from his parents, and he has been playing ever since. In 1988 he formed a band with friends and they were signed by the BMG in 1996. His life was dominated with playing live shows and producing. After touring almost every corner of the german speaking countries, publishing one album and 2 singles, he decided to pursue his childhood dream of becoming an actor.
In 1999 he left the band to attend the Cologne Acting School. Since graduating in 2003 he has been performing regularly on the German and Austrian theatre circuit, working amongst others in Heidelberg, Koblenz, Lübeck and Hamburg. Leading roles include John Proctor in The Crucible for Theater Koblenz, Hamlet and Jedermann for Theaterzeit Freistadt/Austria, and Oberon in The Fairy Queen for Theater Lübeck.
Throughout his career as an actor, he has kept his passion for music, and in 2016 his work culminated in the release of an electronic music album under the name of “Battlekid-Dig Up“.
Till has experience as a TV actor and has played walk on parts for different German Television Stations. His latest appearance is in the role of Stefan, in the British/German underground feature film “Photoautomatman“, written and directed by
